#10357 - VP of Facilities Management - Senior Living (Milwaukee, Wisconsin)

We are supporting a client in their search for a corporate executive level Vice President of Facilities. This is a newly created role based on impressive growth that is forecasted to continue on the vendor side of the house, with a company exclusively servicing the senior living industry for more than 30 years.  As a market leader they are looking for candidates that have overseen capital projects that range in the 6 figures and can bring a client's perspective to the leadership team navigating this massive growth.  The goal is to continue to innovate & provide services worthy of their market leader designation!

Requirements  for the VP of Facilities include:

  • Ability to live full time, or relocate to Milwaukee, Wisconsin, 50% travel expected
  • Bachelors degree
  • Minimum 12 years in property management, minimum 10 of those years directly managing others
  • Comfort level interfacing with vendors and property managers up through the C-Suite and investor Board of clients
