Job Description

Interim Staff Development Coordinator

We’re looking for a hands-on Staff Development Coordinator in the Lynnwood, Washington area. The primary purpose of the Staff Development Coordinator is to plan, organize, develop, and direct all in-service educational programs throughout the facility in accordance with current applicable federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations, and as may be directed by the Director of Nursing, to assure that the highest degree of quality resident care can be maintained at all times.

  • Current Registered Nursing Licensure (RN) in Washington
  • Minimum 3 years full-time or equivalent clinical experience preferred
  • Two years of clinical experience in long-term care nursing with one year as an educator preferred
  • Excellence in clinical nursing skills required
  • Experience in Gerontology preferred
  • Training and/or experience in adult learning preferred
