Interim Licensed Practical Nurse
Pay Rate per Hour: $30-$40
Total Gross Pay Weekly: $1,080 - $1,440

As a contract LPN on our long-term care team, you’ll experience a change of scenery (which we know helps with burnout) while sharpening your clinical skillset and receive competitive pay.
We’re currently looking for a local Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) who is willing to commit to a 6 week contract in Big Rapids, Michigan.
When you join the LeaderStat team, you’ll be connected with a dedicated specialist before and during your assignment. They will work with you to coordinate onboarding and provide support throughout your entire assignment.
Job Duties
- Collaborate with healthcare team to develop personalized care plans for residents
- Communicate effectively with team members, residents, and their families
- Maintaining accurate patient records
- Taking and monitoring vital signs
- Administering medications
- Overseeing Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)
- Providing companionship and comfort to all residents
Job Requirements/Qualifications
- At least one year of clinical experience in a long-term care setting (skilled nursing facility, assisted living, etc.)
- Active LPN license in Michigan
- Possess empathy and passion for serving others
- Serve as a leader and a trusted resource to other healthcare team members
- Up-to-date certifications/compliance:
- Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR via American Heart Association (AHA)
- Two-step TB test
- Physical exam within the last 12 months
