LeaderStat has a unique opportunity for an experienced Executive Director in the Bay Area! The Executive Director will manage a wonderful Assisted Living Community (RCFE) and provide top-tier customer service.
The company is poised for some exciting growth this year, and the Executive Director will be a key part of the expansion project! This is the fast-track to becoming a Regional/Corporate Director!

Executive Director/RCFE requirements:
- Executive Director experience in Senior Living (RCFE, Memory Care, Assisted Living)
- Interest in the greater San Francisco Bay Area and knowledge of the market
- Experience with community acquisitions, turnaround projects, renovations, and/or implementing new systems
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
