LeaderStat is looking to add a Candidate Engagement Coordinator to help identify healthcare leadership within post-acute and senior living. We are looking for someone that is personable, engaging, and proficient with technology. This experience will help you to understand the challenges that our clients are facing and navigate solutions effectively. We would like to have someone that has had some experience working in the skilled nursing or senior living space.

With this in mind, as a member of our team you’ll be providing solutions for our clients and identifying candidates and consultants to step in and fill critical needs. This job is fast paced and requires the ability to multitask at a high level, but at the end of the day, you’ll have done Good Work, and that positive impact will ripple throughout the facilities and communities in which we place our consultants.

A successful Candidate Engagement Coordinator candidate will have the following skills and abilities:

  • Superior verbal and written skills with ability to communicate effectively and proactively
  • Ability to engage in cold calling and prospecting
  • Engaging and pleasant personality with a focus on and interest in people, easily developing rapport and gaining insight that can be applied
  • Strong work ethic in addition to a commitment to a team and common goal
  • Previous experience in Post-Acute and Senior Living industry preferred
  • Mid-level to advanced computer skills that includes experience with candidate tracking software (ATS) is preferred, but not required
  • Admissions and Marketing experience preferred
  • Associates degree
