Andee Koczak, RDN, LD, QCP, brings over 25 years of long term care experience in the area of clinical nutrition and food service management. Andee has been a Corporate Dietitian for a multi facility company, provided nutrition and food service consulting services to long term care facilities, and has held positions in individual buildings. Andee has assisted with achieving survey excellence through improvement in clinical nutrition participation and documentation, elevating kitchen sanitation standards, and streamlining food service operations.  Andee also has experience in improving raw food and supplement budget compliance. Andee has recently become an Infection Control Preventionist. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Nutrition Science from Miami University and completed internship responsibilities at Georgia Baptist Medical Center in Atlanta, Georgia.
