Megan McGinnis, Client Engagement Manager

Megan is the Client Engagement Manager of LeaderStat's Post-Acute division. She is focused on working with clients nationwide to provide interim and permanent staffing support, as well as customizable workforce solutions. Megan has a passion for working with people, building strong relationships, and providing ongoing support to nursing centers. Prior to joining LeaderStat, Megan worked as a Program Director and has experience in HR, recruiting, and operations. She also has several years of experience as a Business Analyst and in project management. Megan received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Marketing from Xavier University.
