The [American Staffing Association (ASA)](https://americanstaffing.net/) have bestowed upon LeaderStat the “[Genius Award](https://americanstaffing.net/posts/2018/09/11/best-communications-and-marketing-programs/)” in the digital media blog category, for firms our size.   **REAL GENIUS** One judge said, “Great content! I work on newsletters for a health care HR organization and I’m bookmarking this blog for inclusion in future editions!” (We’re blushing.) Our work, along with the other winning entries, was featured in an interactive display at the ASA annual convention and expo (Oct. 16-18 in Washington, DC).We’ve been fans of ASA for a long time. They are *the* voice of the U.S. staffing, recruiting, and workforce solutions industry, and do a great job promoting and protecting the interests of firms like ours through advocacy, research, education, and the promotion of high industry standards. According to ASA, the Genius Award entries are judged on a numeric scale by a panel of communication experts and assessed for content, originality, and effectiveness, among other measures.
