We are looking for the right person that not only lives those values but can also be a clinical leader within the community and grow into a career with Continental. The ideal candidate will be an experienced Wellness Director (RN or LPN) with a strong clinical background .

Qualifications
  • At least two years of experience as a Wellness Director or Director of Nursing in a Senior Living Community
  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) or (LPN) license in Pennsylvania
  • Demonstrated competencies in state regulations, policies/procedures, clinical programs/processes
  • Possess empathy and passion for serving others
  • Serve as a leader and a trusted resource to other healthcare team members
  • Strong computer literacy and competency skills
  • Resident focused care approach
  • Exemplary customer service
