Julie brings over 25 years of experience in healthcare, with a strong background in both clinical leadership and executive recruitment. She has served as Director of Rehabilitation Services in acute care settings and as a Senior Recruiting Consultant for several healthcare-focused executive search firms. Julie earned her Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy from The Ohio State University. In her current role, Julie leads the permanent recruiting team across our Columbus, Ohio and Scottsdale, Arizona offices, specializing in leadership placement, business development, and client service through critical hiring initiatives. She also plays a key role in supporting the Workforce Solutions team, providing strategic and operational guidance to drive performance and innovation.
