Meet Stacie, Consultant Specialist

Stacie Cingle is a member of the LeaderStat team as a Consultant Specialist. If you visit the Powell, Ohio office, you may hear her on the phone speaking with an interim consultant or making travel arrangements for an upcoming assignment. Stacie took a few minutes out of her day to share some information about her role at LeaderStat as well as some of the things she enjoys doing on the weekends.

1. How long have you been with LeaderStat?
10 months

2. What is your position now and what are your primary responsibilities?
I’m a Consultant Specialist – I try to make the consultant’s experience with their assignment run smoothly. That encompasses onboarding, scheduling his/her travel, and answering any questions or solving concerns for them so that they can focus on providing excellent services to our clients.

3. What does your typical day look like? 
So many things! It varies and changes all the time. I may be helping to on-board a consultant, helping to solve concerns that a consultant has in the field, ensuring consultants are paid correctly, or working on compliance to ensure personnel files meet JCAHO guidelines. I’m communicating constantly with consultants and booking a lot of hotels, rental cars, and flights!

4. What do you love most about your job? 
Working with the consultants and hearing about their experiences in different parts of the country. They work so hard, especially during this pandemic, and it’s so wonderful to hear how they are impacting lives!

5. What do you enjoy least? 
Feeling like I could have done more for consultants who had a negative experience. 

6. What type of music do you listen to and who is your favorite band?
Several kinds – I like a variety. I mostly enjoy classic rock and classic alternative. My favorite band is U2, but I also like The Cure, David Bowie and Justin Timberlake.

7. What is your favorite thing to do on the weekends – pre-COVID-19 and during COVID-19?
I am mostly a home-body. I like to spend time with my husband and 4 dogs at home just relaxing. I’m a little addicted to a few games on my phone and maybe the Hallmark Channel! I love to hang with my kids when possible, too. Pre-COVID-19, I often flew to Walt Disney World for a long weekend, and hope to be able to do that again soon!
