Meet Pam, Business Office Coordinator

When you give us a call or visit our Powell, Ohio office, the first friendly voice you will hear or face you will see is Pam Wudyka, LeaderStat's fantastic Business Office Coordinator. Pam recently answered some questions about her role at LeaderStat and even shared her favorite type of music with us.

1. How long have you been with LeaderStat?
I have worked at LeaderStat 2 years, 9 months

2. What is your position now and what are your primary responsibilities?
Business Office Coordinator – Invoicing, Accounts Payable, Phones/Front Desk

3. What does your typical day look like?
I usually arrive by 8:45, review/respond to emails, answer/transfer incoming calls throughout the day, accept packages, distribute mail, copy/fax/scan correspondence, review and process invoices for our Interim and Premier departments.  Twice a month prepare accounts payable checks.

4. What do you love most about your job?
I love the positive vibe here, my co-workers and the consistency of the functions I perform in my role in the Business Office.

5. What do you enjoy least?
Although this process has been temporarily transferred to another co-worker, I was not fond of collections.  I was more than happy to pass on that responsibility.

6. What type of music do you listen to and who is your favorite band?
I listen to 70’s rock/hard rock and some 60’s/80’s , Motown and Elvis.  Although I attended a plethora of concerts in the seventies and eighties, there isn’t just one band I could choose as my favorite.

7. What is your favorite thing to do on the weekends – pre-COVID-19 and during COVID-19?
I LOVE to play with my 2 year old granddaughter!  She amazes me every time I see her. :) I also enjoy spending time with my daughter, son-in-law and visiting my family in Michigan.
