With over 9 years of experience in the long-term care industry, Gina Cappitti brings a wealth of expertise in managing a wide range of care facilities, including skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers, as well as assisted and independent living communities. As the Director of Workforce Solutions at LeaderStat, Gina is dedicated to addressing the workforce challenges facing the long-term care sector. She leads the company’s Managed Service Provider (MSP) program and develops customized Recruitment and Hiring Consulting assessments to help senior living centers optimize their staffing strategies. In addition, Gina has served as a subject matter expert for the Ohio Medication Aide Training programs for the past three years, sharing her knowledge to enhance industry training standards.
