Melissa is an Executive Search Consultant for LeaderStat’s Executive Search Group Division and has been with the company since 2018. She closely partners with clients to assist with placing stellar candidates into vacant healthcare leadership positions at the regional and facility level within the post-acute care and senior living space across the country, with a specialized focus in the mid-Atlantic region. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy and a minor in Psychology from The Ohio State University. Along with her clinical skills, she brings years of Healthcare Sales and Business Development experience in the areas of Pharmaceutical Sales and Home Health/Hospice.
