LeaderStat has a new opportunity for a Vice President of Operations with a highly successful Senior Living provider in the Western US. The portfolio includes Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care Communities in a variety of markets nationally.
The VP of Operations will oversee all communities and will have regional teams in place for support.
Competitive compensation is offered along with a stable working environment (lots of tenured managers in this group!)
Vice President of Operations requirements:
- Experience managing 30+ Senior Living Communities and/or $150M+ in annual revenue
- Ability to travel extensively
- Track record of census growth and successful surveys
- Stable tenure in past positions
- Assisted Living Managers License highly preferred; Nursing Home Administrators License is a plus
