    LeaderStat is partnering with a leading senior housing provider with more than 25 years of excellence who is seeking a permanent Executive Director for a newer, high-end senior living community in Bala Cynwyd, PA.

    This community has a solid leadership team and an AMAZING care staff! This is a strategically growing company with a supportive leadership team and extensive resources. 

    Qualifications:
    • PCHA license/certification in Pennsylvania
    • Proven track record of operating a successful Assisted Living/Personal Care Home in PA (regulations, survey, occupancy)
    • Excellent customer service skills
    • Good tenure with current and previous employers
