LeaderStat Premier is partnering with Community Eldercare Services (CES), located in Tupelo, MS to assist in the recruitment of a Chief Financial Officer. Each one of CES’s locations are a thriving center of life and a health resource for seniors in their own community. Caring and reconnecting the whole person – mind, body, and spirit is the best path to overall health. Each of our managed centers has its own specialized pathway support services and amenities to aid in transitioning back home, or to another level of care.
Since 2000, CES has expertly handled all the details from initial feasibility studies, design and construction, to daily management of senior living communities. Currently, CES manages 20 skilled care facilities and assisted livings in Mississippi and Tennessee.
The Chief Financial Officer of Community Eldercare Services will represent the company in efforts with investment bankers, lenders, and potential financial partnerships, and work as a member of the Leadership Team, to define, plan, develop, implement, and oversee programs and systems to guide and attain the goals of CES.
The Ideal Candidate
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or related field, Master’s Degree preferred.
- At least 8-10 years of progressive leadership experience.
- A track record of progressively responsible positions in complex reimbursement organizations.
- Experience in a senior financial-management role, partnering with executive staff, resulting in the development and implementation of creative financial management strategies.
