    Sensational Senior Living property North of Seattle, Washington seeks Sales Director with database savvy, highly driven closing skill and eager desire to see seniors well cared for here. Matching candidates will have previously worked in an Assisted Living, Memory Care, Senior Living environment or similar!

    In this luxe community senior living residents receive assisted living support or memory care depending on their needs, and in either case they'll be living in a gorgeous setting and receiving excellent service and entertaining activity.

    You'll enjoy ushering families and their loved ones through the process of finding a charming new home in which their elders can thrive while receiving supportive care.

    Senior Living sales involves developing relationships with referral sources as well as potential new residents and their families and loved ones. In this property, you'll receive a wealth of leads already generated, and will get to jump right in there and close as many as you can to earn strong bonus payouts.

    As Sales Director here you guide potential residents through their transition from home to senior living community. The rewards for this long term sales commitment are more than financial; you'll make a huge positive impact in the lives of each new resident as you succeed in your job. 

    An ideal match for this job would be someone who has long-tenured/ stable experience with seniors in a sales and marketing role.

    • Previous experience in sales, ideally in a senior living/ assisted living, setting or similar
    • Personal drive to accomplish goals, meet KPIs and CLOSE DEALS
    • Strong affinity for seniors and desire to see them well cared for in their new living environment
    • Excellent relationship building skill, both for developing referrals and for uniting the team behind their essential role in marketing the community
    • Well established savvy in documenting your progress in a computer database in order to show your work and track results
