    We are searching for a motivated Manager of Trauma in an acute care healthcare facility in beautiful Modesto, California!
    The Trauma Program Manager supports the delivery of high-quality care within the facility. They exhibit professional expertise in the nursing process, overseeing the planning, development, implementation, and evaluation of care for critically injured patients. Key responsibilities include clinical practice, maintaining trauma registry records and quality improvement reports, and providing educational programs for all personnel involved in trauma patient care (covering both prevention and all care phases). Additionally, the manager monitors patients' clinical progress during their hospitalization.

    What qualifications will you need:
     
    • BSN preferred
    • Three to five years Emergency or Critical Care experience preferred
    • Current: California RN license
    • BLS certification
    • ACLS certification
    • PALS certification 
    • ENPC within 6 months of hire 
    • TNCC within 6 months of hire (Instructor preferred).

    Salary Base: $120K- $200K
