    We are searching for a motivated Manager of Telemetry in an acute care facility in Kansas City, Missouri!
    Kansas City, Missouri, founded in the early 19th century, emerged as a vital trading hub due to its strategic location at the confluence of the Missouri and Kansas Rivers. Known for its rich jazz heritage and vibrant arts scene, the city boasts a unique blend of cultural influences, including its famous barbecue and bustling markets. Today, attractions like the Nelson-Atkins Museum of Art and the historic Country Club Plaza draw visitors, showcasing both the city’s history and its modern flair.

    The Nurse Manager of Telemetry ensures high quality, patient-centered care through oversight of the overall daily function and staffing of the unit/department. The Manager monitors and evaluates the provision of nursing care in accordance with established policies/procedures and holds staff accountable for quality and clinical outcomes in support of facility objectives.???

    What qualifications will you need:
    • Would need to have a minimum of 2 years of recent (within the last year) Acute Care Leadership experience with 5+ years of total RN experience. * Would Accept CNC, House Supervisor, or Charge Nurse Experience. Candidates do not need to have Medical Telemetry experience. Other Unit Experience is fine as long as the candidate has Recent Leadership experience within Acute Care.
    • Advanced Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
    • Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained by date of hire
    • Currently licensed as a registered professional nurse in the state(s) of practice and/or has an active compact license, in accordance with law and regulation. 
     


    Salary Base: $91K- $128K
