    We are searching for a motivated Manager of Pediatric ICU-Cardiology in an acute care healthcare facility in beautiful Modesto, California!
    Dallas, Texas, founded in the 19th century, has grown into a major cultural and economic hub. Known for its pivotal role in the oil and cotton industries, the city boasts attractions like the historic Dealey Plaza, the Dallas Museum of Art, and the iconic skyline featuring the Reunion Tower. Additionally, Dallas is famous for its vibrant food scene, particularly its barbecue and Tex-Mex cuisine.

    The Manager of Pediatric ICU-Cardiology, a Registered Nurse, holds comprehensive responsibility for all departmental functions that align with the facility's mission, vision, and values. This role emphasizes critical thinking and patient safety within the Cardiovascular ICU, while integrating effective communication and information management into daily practices. The Manager builds on ANA Standards of Care, serves as a liaison to foster partnerships with patients and their families, and supports continuity and coordination of care for neonates through age 18. Additionally, the Manager creates department-specific initiatives, collaborates with the healthcare team, oversees personnel management, budget, and business planning, and organizes resources to ensure high-quality care. Other duties may be assigned as needed.

    What qualifications will you need:
     
    • Minimum of 5 years (Would be open to 2 years if the candidate has Supervisor level experience managing the responsibilities of people and engagement in Process improvements) recent acute care leadership experience in congenital heart icu experience! 
    • Graduate of an accredited School of Professional Nursing.
      Bachelor’s degree in nursing required.
    • Advanced degree, preferred.
    • Current RN license in the State of Texas or compact license.
    • Current American Heart Association or American Red Cross BLS provider.
    • PALS required.

    Salary Base: $84K- $127K
