    We are searching for a motivated Manager of Mother-Baby in an acute care facility in Dallas, Texas!
    Dallas, Texas, founded in 1841, has grown from a modest trading post to a vibrant metropolis known for its rich history, diverse culture, and thriving economy.     The Nurse Manager for the Women’s and Children’s Unit is responsible for overseeing all department functions in alignment with the facility's mission, vision, and goals. As a Registered Nurse (RN), the Nurse Manager is accountable for critical thinking decisions within the scope of the RN Practice Act, ensuring the safety and quality of care in the Postpartum and Newborn Nursery environments. This role integrates effective communication and information management to support daily operations and patient care. The Nurse Manager will lead a team, foster a positive work environment, and ensure optimal care for mothers and newborns.

    What qualifications will you need:
    EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
    • Minimum of 5 years (Would be open to 2 years if the candidate has Supervisor level experience managing the responsibilities of people and engagement in Process improvements) recent acute care leadership experience in Mother Baby Unit Required
    • Bachelor’s degree in nursing required.
    • Advanced degree, preferred.
    • Current American Heart Association or American Red Cross BLS provider card.
    • NRP Required
    Salary Base: $85K-$127K
