    Long Term Care - Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)  
     
    LOCAL ONLY 

    Pay Rate per Hour: $20-$25 

    Total Gross Weekly Pay: $800 - $1,000

    LeaderStat is currently seeking a local Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) who is willing to commit to a 30-day contract in Strongsville, OH.
     
    When you join the LeaderStat team, you’ll be connected with a dedicated specialist before and during your assignment. They will work with you to coordinate onboarding and provide support throughout your entire assignment. 
     

    Job Duties 

    • Providing direct patient care to residents while under supervision of a staff nurse 

    • Assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, toileting, eating and moving. 

    • Taking vital signs 

    • Maintaining a clean and safe environment  

    • Providing companionship and comfort to all residents 

    • Other duties as requested or assigned 

     
    Job Requirements/Qualifications 

    • At least one year of clinical experience in a long-term care setting (skilled nursing facility, assisted living, etc.) 

    • At least one year of experience as a state-tested CNA  

    • Possess empathy and passion for serving others 

    • Active CNA license in the state in which this assignment takes place  

    • At LeaderStat, we require that all CNAs be licensed in the state prior to taking a travel assignment. 

    • Up-to-date certifications/compliance: 

    • Basic Life Support (BLS) via American Heart Association (AHA) 

    • Two-step TB test 

    • Physical exam within the last 12 months
