Interim Licensed Social Worker - Senior Living
ABOUT THE JOB
We’re looking for a hands-on Licensed Social Worker (LSW) for a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) in Fort Wayne, Indiana.
The Licensed Social Worker must be able to effectively manage multiple tasks. The Licensed Social Worker is responsible for oversight of the daily clinical and administrative operations of the nursing department to assure that each resident receives the highest quality of care so that they will achieve the maximum level of function in accordance with their comprehensive plan of care.

- Active LSW in Indiana (Licensed Social Worker)
- 3-5 years of experience
- Preferably long term care (LTC) experience
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills
- Detail oriented
