    Are you an experienced nurse supervisor looking for a challenge? Have you ever thought about doing contract work, instead of being stuck in one building as a full-time employee? Then we may have a great fit for you!  
     
    Our RN contracts demand top-level clinical skills and offer a variety of locations near your home to help keep you fresh and motivated.  
     
    We’re currently looking for a local Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor who is willing to commit to a 30-45 day contract in the Wilmington, Delaware area 
     
    When you join the LeaderStat team as a nurse supervisor, you’ll be connected with a dedicated specialist before and during your assignment. They will work with you to coordinate onboarding, book and pay for travel arrangements, and assist with any questions along the way.  
     
    Job Duties 
    • Motivate staff to achieve outstanding results 
    • Ensure quality care for all residents 
    • Communicate effectively with team members, residents, and their families 
    • Assist in developing individual care plans 
    • Oversee staff who provide direct patient care, such as Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) 
    • Providing companionship and comfort to all residents 
     
    Job Requirements/Qualifications 
    • At least one year of clinical experience as an RN in a long-term care setting  
    • One year of nurse management experience 
    • Active RN license in Delaware
    • Possess empathy and passion for serving others 
    • Serve as a leader and a trusted resource to other healthcare team members 
    • Up-to-date certifications/compliance: 
    • Basic Life Support (BLS) via the American Heart Association (AHA) 
    • Two-step TB test 
    • Physical exam within the last 12 months 
     
    Pay Rate per Hour: $40-$45
    Total Gross Pay Weekly: $1,600- $1,800
