Long-Term Care – Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) 
 
LOCAL ONLY 

Pay Rate per Hour: $30-$40 

Total Gross Pay Weekly: $1,200 - $1,600

We’re currently seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) who is willing to commit to a 30-day contract in Dodge Center, Minnesota.
 
When you join the LeaderStat team as a Travel LPN, you’ll be connected with a dedicated specialist before and during your assignment. They will work with you to coordinate onboarding and provide support throughout your entire assignment. 
 

Job Duties 

• Taking and monitoring vital signs 

• Maintaining accurate patient records 

• Communicating changes in resident behavior to nurses, physicians, and family members 

• Administering medications 

• Overseeing Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)  

• Providing companionship and comfort to all residents 

• Preparing residents for transfer or discharge 

 
Job Requirements/Qualifications 

• At least one year of clinical experience in a long-term care setting  

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license  

• Possess empathy and passion for serving others 

• Current license in the state assigned or in an eligible Nurse Compact State 

• Up-to-date certifications/compliance 

• Basic Life Support (BLS) via the American Heart Association (AHA) 

• Two-step TB test 

• Physical exam within the last 12 months
