    Executive Director of Physician Administration
    We are searching for a motivated leader for the Executive Director of Physician Administration position. This individual will join a reputable health organization in beautiful Missoula, MT.
    Job Summary:
    Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer the Executive Director is responsible for the overall administration and operations of the physicians’ groups within the facility and in conjunction with hospital leadership, including strategy development, planning, execution, and performance of our practices and associated service lines. The primary focus is building high-performing service lines that include growth, high-quality care, exceptional patient experience, frictionless access, strong production and financial performance, and solid network integrity. A significant focus will be placed on service line strategy, planning, development, provider and staff engagement and integration, communication, and optimization and transformation of key performance indicators. Ensures alignment of physician services with the facilities mission, vision, and core values: Champion patient care, Do the right thing, embrace individuality, act with kindness, and make a difference.
    Minimum Qualifications:
    Must-Haves


    1. Excellent communication, good judgement, and strong decision-making skills required.
    2. Proven ability to perform strategic planning, risk, and opportunity assessments, and implement successfully.
    3. Expert understanding of operations, transformation, and change management with a proven record of demonstrating success.
    4. Solid history of building relationships and engaging physicians, APPs, managers, and support staff.

    Nice-To-Haves


    1. master’s degree in health or business administration preferred.
    2. In lieu of a master’s degree, a bachelor’s degree with 10 years of progressive practice management experience to include: financial, human resource and operational management, and a sound understanding of ambulatory care.
    3. Certifications valued: CPPS, CMPE



    Pay Package Details Salary Direct (Full-time)?
    Salary: $117K-$177K
