LeaderStat is partnering with a "Great Place to Work" certified company who needs an experienced Executive Director to lead an Assisted Living/Memory Care community in the Fort Wayne, IN area.

Executive Director Requirements:

  • HFA or RCA License in Indiana
  • 2+ years of Administrator/Executive Director experience
  • Good tenure in past positions
  • Excellent customer service skills, relationship management skills, problem solving skills and a team player

Executive Director responsibilities include:

  • Direct and manage all staff
  • Communicate with and address/resolve concerns with residents, families and staff
  • Ensure that the community is clean and sterile
  • Maintain residents' privacy and confidentiality
  • Adhere to government regulations and ensure that all employees are in full compliance with federal, state and local regulations
  • Involved with Marketing activities to ensure occupancy growth
  • Establish occupancy goals, admission criteria, and programs and outings to help residents thrive
  • Lead staff meetings and involvement in other administrative tasks, such as budgeting and keeping track of expenses and revenues
