    Stylish Senior Living property in the Beaverton/ Hillsboro area west of Portland, Oregon seeks bright and responsible Executive Director. This leader will oversee the day to day operations of the Assisted Living and Memory Care community, providing mentoring to staff and communication to residents and their families.


    Ideal candidates will enjoy:

    Executive Director requirements:

    • Executive Director experience with Assisted Living and Memory Care communities
    • Familiar with the state of Oregon regulations and compliance 
    • Great customer service and communication skills
    • Stable tenure in past positions
    • Solid work ethic
    • Advanced degree preferred
    • Impressive track record of measurable success is avidly sought after for this role


    Salary and Benefits:
    Salary $110k-$125K range DOE

    Benefits are thorough and include Health/ Dental/ Vision insurance, 401K
