    Director of Surgical Services
    We are searching for a motivated leader for the Director of Surgical Services position. This individual will join a reputable health organization in beautiful Maysville, KY.
    Job Summary:
    The position of Director of Surgical Services requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
    Minimum Qualifications:
    Must-Haves
    1. Valid Kentucky RN License or Compact Status 
    2. Minimum of 2 years of progressive surgical services/operating room leadership experience
    3. Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (ACLS), Required 
    4. Strategic and inspirational leadership needed for a growing community hospital that has served its community for 40+ years
    5. Excellent communication skills across all levels
    Nice-To-Haves
    1. Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Higher Education Preferred


    Pay Package Details Salary Direct (Full-time)?
    Salary: $90K-$133K
