    We are searching for a motivated Director of Risk Management in an acute care healthcare facility in Southern California!
    Murrieta, California, known for its stunning landscapes and welcoming community, has a rich history that dates to the 19th century when it was a key stop for cattle ranchers and farmers.     Job Summary
    Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), the Director of Risk Management is responsible for overseeing, organizing, leading, and managing the daily operations of the facility's Risk Management initiatives. In this role, the director also acts as the hospital's Patient Safety Officer and Compliance Officer.
    What qualifications will you need:
     
    • Graduate of a state accredited school of nursing or graduate of an accredited collegiate program in a health-science related field.
    • Master’s degree in a healthcare related field, or a Bachelor’s degree in related field with seven (7) years of director level experience; required
    • At least four (4) years leadership experience in an acute care facility
    • Certified Professional in Healthcare Risk Management of Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality

    Salary Base: $120K- $180K
