LeaderStat is partnering with an award-winning national senior living provider that is seeking a permanent Director of Resident Care for one of their beautiful senior living communities in Severna Park, MD.  

The Director of Resident Care will enjoy:

Qualifications:
  • RN in MD (must be active and in good standing) - will also consider experienced LPN
  • Senior Living leadership experience
  • Knowledgeable and well-versed with regulations
  • Good survey history
  • Good tenure with current and previous employers

Pay Package Details Salary Direct (Full-time):

  1. Salary Range is $80,000 - $90,000 base salary

  2. Full standard benefits package - Medical/Dental/Vision, 401K, PTO
