    *Permanent Director of Nursing in Fort Smith, Arkansas*

    LeaderStat is partnering with a skilled nursing facility in Fort Smith, AR who is seeking a permanent Director of Nursing to join their leadership team. We are looking for a turnaround specialist with a passion for process improvement, creating an amazing culture, and team building. 

    Qualifications:
    • RN in Arkansas ( active and in good standing)
    • Experienced Director of Nursing in the skilled nursing sector
    • History of success with process improvement, team building, and survey readiness
    • Excellent communication and customer service skills
    The Director of Nursing will enjoy:
    • Excellent base salary, bonus, and benefits package
    • Sign-on bonus of $10,000
    • Good clinical support team in place
    • Supportive Administrator

    Pay Package Details Salary Direct (Full-time):

    1. Salary Range is $90,000 - $110,000 base salary plus a bonus program *(There may be some flexibility with the salary depending on experience)

    2. Full standard benefits package - Medical/Dental/Vision, 401K, PTO

    3. Sign-on bonus of $10,000
