Director of Business Development - senior living

This full-time, external sales position will focus on business to business (B2B) sales efforts in the Greater Richmond, Virginia marketplace with a goal of expanding and educating our referral base. The company is a stable, growing skilled nursing and rehabilitation group with a culture that is supportive of sales. Great compensation and benefits package included.
Director of Business Development qualifications include:
- Demonstrated track record in healthcare sales. We are open to sales professionals actively supporting the senior living industry (DME, pharma, home care, hospice).
- History of strategic sales process. The ability to identify, set, track, and execute a sales plan for a niche or target.
- Reliable transportation and the ability to travel throughout the Greater Richmond market.
