    Clinical Director of Case Management
    We are searching for a motivated leader for the Clinical Director of Case Management position. This individual will join a reputable health organization in Columbus, GA.
    Job Summary:
    The role of the Clinical Director of Case Management manages  the Case Management Department (includes Bed Board/Clinical Intake, Disease Management, Social Services, Discharge Planning, Precertification and Denial management; plans, organizes, and directs all related functions and activities (internal and external); establishes goals, objectives, standards of performance; develops operating policies and procedures; interprets hospital policies, standards and regulations to appropriate staff, patients, medical staff and public. 

    Evaluates the effectiveness of Case Management services related to reimbursement for inpatient and outpatient services. Coordinates, negotiates, procures services and resources for the management of the care of complex patients to facilitate achievement of quality and cost-efficient patient outcomes. Looks for opportunities to reduce costs while ensuring the highest quality of care is maintained. Develops clinically based case management, discharge planning, and care coordination to facilitate the delivery of cost-effective quality healthcare through identification of appropriate utilization of resources across the continuum of care.
    Minimum Qualifications:
    Must-Haves
    1. Bachelor’s degree Required
    2. Graduate of a bachelor’s Program in Nursing Required
    3. Professional Registered Nursing licensure in state of GA.
    4. Five (5) years clinical experience preferred.
    5. Master's degree Preferred
    Nice-To-Haves
    1. Working in an acute care short term hospital managing / directing Discharge team
    2. Experience in a 300+ bed hospital
    3. several accomplishments that exceed stretch goals


    Pay Package Details Salary Direct (Full-time)?
    Salary Range: $85K-$135K
