Mary, Queen of Angels seeks a strategic visionary with senior living experience who is excited about the opportunity to grow a successful philanthropic organization. Reporting to the Bishop of the Diocese of Nashville and the Boards of Trustees, with a dotted line to the Chief Operations Officer, the CEO of Mary, Queen of Angels will be the leading advocate for the diocese’s elderly population.

The next CEO will carry out the strategic vision and the mission of the organization including being directly responsible for implementing all policies and plans established by the Boards of Mary, Queen of Angels and Villa Maria Manor. As a development of the Diocese of Nashville, Mary, Queen of Angels offers 98 Assisted Living beds with 16 Secure Memory/Alzheimer’s beds. Located at the St. Mary Villa Campus, Mary, Queen of Angels is a marquis property with revitalized units, excellent occupancy, and strong financials. Villa Maria Manor provides affordable, high quality housing and a variety of supportive services.
