Business Office Manager - senior living
Premier, family-owned senior living campus in Dayton, Ohio near Kettering is seeking a Business Office Manager/Controller. This is a rare opportunity to work with a long-standing leadership team, and is only available due to a coming retirement. Some duties include: budget management and forecasting, monthly financial prep for stakeholders, completion of payroll every 2 weeks, oversight of A/R & A/P, support to HR, resident and family financial counsel. Business Office Manager qualification include:
  • CPA, preferred or Bachelor's level Accounting Degree
  • Team Focus - our campus is lead by passionate people who work well together and always put our resident's needs first. We are an "all hands on deck" group when a crisis hits with no complaints and we celebrate together once the job is done.
  • High touch personality - our leaders are visible and do not sit behind a desk all day. A high touch personality is required for this role as it is the lead support to HR. Our BOM has the ability to go from a conversation with an employee to advising and supporting a resident and their family. Serving people is our passion here.
