    Are you a Registered Nurse (RN) with leadership experience? Can you be the "Robin" (ADON) to the 2023 version of "Batman" (DON)?  Are you passionate about resident care while also being honed in on following policy and procedures? A beautifully appointed and equipped Skilled Facility in Decatur, Illinois is looking for a new Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to join their leadership team.

    Qualifications:
    • 1-2 years leadership in skilled setting
    • RN in Illinois
    • Excellent communication and customer service skills
    • Previous experience with Survey readiness a plus
    The Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) is the very important support of the Director of Nursing (DON).  The ADON is typically responsible for the nursing team and quality of patient service in the absence of the director of nursing. The ADON supervises, analyzes, delegates, and evaluates nursing activities and ensures patient comfort and care.
