Regional Nurse Consultant
An experienced RNC is needed to oversee the clinical operations of 4 skilled nursing facilities in Wisconsin. Three of these four buildings have been newly acquired from various owners, so this will be a key position to get everyone operating on the same page and support the delivery of a quality and consistent clinical product in each building. In the beginning, a large part of this role will be to assess where each facility can improve, to implement policies and procedures, and to offer training and support that will bring success.
You would be based out of a home office and travel between facilities, so where you live is not an issue. You should have current or recent multi-site experience, proven success in building teams and clinical outcomes, and an understanding of and comfort with the Wisconsin regulatory process. Offering a very competitive compensation package that includes bonus and great benefits.
