Regional Activities Director/Recreational Therapist (traveling position)
Regional Recreational Director position has recently been created to support the culture change initiative in activities of a popular long term care provider. This company has nearly doubled the Activities staff in each building and is ready for someone to lead the way to culture change at a regional level.
This position would have oversight of the activities departments in 3 facilities spread evenly around the state. The person will be based out of a home office and travel between facilities to implement and support new and innovative activities programs. A qualified candidate will have extensive experience as an Activities Director in long term care, current experience in successfully implementing culture change, and show strong leadership and communications skills. A degree as a Recreational Therapist is preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered.
Resident Assessment Manager/MDS - Nashville

Will be responsible for timely completion of MDSs and care plans, and for monitoring systems for accuracy.
