Founded and owned by Eleanor Alvarez, BA, MAT, MAgS, LeaderStat specializes in providing management and consulting resources to Long Term Care facilities, Assisted Living and Home Health organizations. We maintain an extended network of experienced long term care professionals who are available for interim and permanent placement. Consulting services are also available to support a variety of health care facilities.
We maintain offices in Westerville, Ohio, and Scottsdale, Arizona, so that we can effectively address the needs of our clients and the schedules of our consultants.

In Fall of 2006, Eleanor Alvarez was a Guest Speaker at the International Future Design Conference in Seoul, Korea. Along with Mitch Green, she spoke on Aging and Design in North America.
